AFFORDABLE HOUSING APARTMENTS AT ASHIANA-E-IQBAL, BURKI ROAD, LAHOREonPublic-PrivatePartnership(PPP)

The Lahore Development Authority, on behalf of Punjab Land Development Company, intends to procure affordable housing apartmentsof 500, 600 and 700 sqft in G+3 buildings at a 3,100 kanal site on Burki Road, Lahore on a Build-Transfer (BT) basis in accordance with the Punjab Public Private Partnership Act 2014.

The private partner shall be required to finance, design and construct apartments in one portion of the site and finance, plan and develop plots in the remaining area. As reimbursement of the private partner’s investment, PLDC shall progressively transfer commercial, residential and public building plots developed in the scheme to the private partner with complete proprietary rights.

Interested local and foreign parties with good financial strength who have the capability to bring together necessary skills and resources are invited to submit bids through a single-stage three-envelope process. Bidding documents in this regard are available below or can obtained from the undersigned at a cost of Rs. 2,000 between 0800 hrs to 1500 hrs.

Last date for submission of bids is January 1, 2015.
